Naomi works in partnership with leaders and organizations in the social sector to achieve their optimal impact. She serves as Associate Director of Social Entrepreneurship at the Stanford Center for Social Innovation, working with Stanford Graduate School of Business students to develop social ventures and build the skills they need to create sustainable, high impact organizations. She also advises social impact organizations as Principal with Partners in Scale, specializing in leadership and culture, human centered design, and organizational effectiveness for scale.

As an early employee and member of the executive team at Kiva, Naomi led its Global Partner Operations to scale across 70 countries and guided the organization through successive stages of rapid growth. She particularly enjoys working with organizations which, like Kiva, reach far beyond the walls of their office, engaging broad communities in their work. As Chief Operating Officer of Net Impact, she led organizational effectiveness and program strategy for a global network of over 80,000 students and professionals building careers in social impact.

Naomi is an alumna of Brown University and is active as a founding board member of myAgro, an award-winning West Africa-based social enterprise working to move 1 million smallholder farmers out of poverty by 2025.
