Jocelyn is a passionate and seasoned community builder, coach and facilitator. With a decade of professional experience in the Jewish community, Jocelyn has helped thousands of teens and adults in their 20s and 30s develop their leadership skills and explore their identity and connection to Jewish life.

Most recently, Jocelyn served as the Senior Director for Young Adult Engagement at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles where she set the strategy and program implementation for YALA (Young Adults of Los Angeles). Prior to working at The Jewish Federation, Jocelyn served as the Atid Director at Sinai Temple and as Saint Louis Program Director for BBYO.

During her time at BBYO, Jocelyn was selected to participate in BBYO’s Professional Development Institute (PDI), a Jim Joseph Foundation Initiative. Through PDI Jocelyn earned her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in addition to a Masters in Jewish Liberal Studies and a Certificate in Informal Jewish Education from Hebrew College in Boston. Additionally, Jocelyn is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC.

Originally from New York, Jocelyn has traded in seasons in favor of farmers market, hiking, and adventures in Los Angeles.
