As UpStart’s Chicago Program Manager, she is part of the dynamic team running the Chicago Accelerator and growing UpStart Chicago. Using Design Thinking strategies and lean-start up methodologies, Lisette’s coaching and workshop facilitation emphasizes inclusivity, creativity, and hands on learning.
Lisette joined UpStart after her time as both the Director of the Lewis Summer Intern Program and as the Development Manager at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago/Jewish United Fund. Her portfolio includes donor relations and fundraising, script writing, program facilitation, presentation design and public speaking, and videography/photography.
Lisette is a certified Lean Startup/Business Model Canvas Facilitator through the International Business Innovation Association. She has a Masters of Arts in Jewish Professional Studies from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, and a B.A. in History and a Minor in Environmental Science from Loyola University Chicago.
