Sarah Kornhauser

Sarah Kornhauser is a creative generalist with a passion for helping people find and amplify their voice. She loves facilitating groups, cooking, yoga, interior design, and most recently, needlepoint. The thread of these interests is finding the balance between function and beauty in all realms of work. Sarah’s story is inspired by family, travel and experiencing the world through many lenses. Her best ideas are about collaboration and working from the inside out; she strives to innovate. Sarah values the fluidity of life.

From 2012-2018, Sarah was the Director of Hazon in Denver, Colorado. In 2015, she dove into the world of entrepreneurship and opened a co-working space that lasted for a few great years. From 2008-2012 she was the Colorado Director for Birthright Israel NEXT. She worked on the Obama campaign in 2008.

Sarah received an M.A. in international economic development from the University of Denver. Her work to understand how to increase written literacy landed her in the world of Jewish professionalism. She lives in Denver with her partner, Adam, her son, Oscar, and her pup, Mingus.
