The Board of Peers invites you and members of your organization to join peers from Jewish institutions throughout the community for a day of professional development where we will:
- learn new tools to affect organizational culture to meet modern ethical standards
- identify actionable steps to positively change your organizational culture
- meet and connect with peers across the Jewish community

A kosher, light breakfast and lunch will be provided. All food will be prepared by Albert Cohen, the HEA Mashgiach and Kitchen Manager, in the HEA Kitchen.
