It’s one thing to have good ideas, and another to give them legs. In these dynamic trainings, participants develop their capacity to build successful entrepreneurial initiatives.
For entrepreneurs and those with a new venture
After launch, startups often need additional support to take their organizations to the next level…but that support isn’t always easy to access. Using the tried-and-true building blocks of our Accelerator, entrepreneur sprints guide promising startups in developing proof-of-concept—a way of demonstrating that your initiative actually works.
Entrepreneur Sprints combine immersive trainings and wraparound support, so our community’s risk-takers can test and iterate on their venture. As a result, participants strengthen the match between their offerings and the needs of their target audience. In turn, they set up their ventures for long-term success.
These Sprints nurture entrepreneurs to cultivate the highest-impact organizations for the Venture Accelerator.

For individuals with the drive to create institutional change (‘intrapreneurs’)
— President of the Board, Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ
Those working within established institutions often operate in risk- and change-averse environments. They may lack understanding of some of their constituents, and thus have a hard time crafting programs to serve the full spectrum of their communities.
Intrapreneur Workshops & Sprints are experiential offerings that teach participants how to spark and test new ideas to shift their organization’s culture. Participants learn how to use entrepreneurial tools and mindsets to build buy-in across teams and move new ideas forward.
Within a supportive environment, leaders build capacity to take up the mantle of change, lighting the way to a brighter future.

For Jewish professionals and volunteer leaders
— Ted Riter, Founder of Shlaymut, a participant in the 'Playing With Prototyping' Community Workshop
It’s never effective (or fun!) to work in isolation. Community Workshops are no-cost opportunities for Jewish professionals and lay leaders to cultivate their entrepreneurial capacity and build an inspiring network of peers. Workshops get participants’ creative juices flowing and teach concrete tools they can bring back to their workplace.
In these highly interactive sessions, participants design solutions to organizational challenges and gain insight from others in the Jewish communal space. Community Workshops inspire a culture that’s optimistic, and that enriches the field for everyone.
