Maddie Levin

A relationship-driven approach to project management with a focus on strategic organization, cross-departmental collaboration, and intentional program support.

Maddie comes to UpStart with five years of diverse experience in the non-profit sector, supporting high-impact community programs. With a background in project management, experiential program design, and community development, Maddie is passionate about creating intentional community experiences that support learning and connection. Maddie completed her undergraduate studies at Union College in Schenectady, NY, where she served as a Jewish National Fund Campus Fellow. After graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Jewish Studies, she went on to earn her M.A. in Psychology in Education from Columbia University, where she also completed studies in Social Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development, and Spiritual Entrepreneurship.

Maddie loves gathering with friends and family for a warm cup of tea, great conversation, and lots of laughter. She finds meaning in nature, art, and travel. You are most likely to find her at her local ceramics studio, planning her next big trip, or hiking with her pup, Toast.
